 iPads return to service steps

 

1. Go to Settings  > Privacy & Security > Location Services

2. Toggle on Location Services

3. Click ok to allow location access for Mosyle Manager

4. Make sure the following Apps are showing on home screen:

5. Open Mosyle School app answer ok and allow while using to 3 questions

 

 

6. Open Settings- Go to bottom of list- Mosyle School

7. Go back to settings- Display and Brightness- set Auto-Lock to 15 min

8. Go back to Settings- General- Shut Down
