How to connect to promethean active panel

1. On the ActivPanel: 
 
 
 Launch Screen Share: Navigate to the Screen Share application on your ActivPanel. This might involve using the unified menu, quick launcher, or the applications locker depending on your ActivPanel model.  
 
 
 
 Panel ID: Note the 6-digit Panel ID displayed on the ActivPanel Screen Share app.  
 
 
 
 Waiting Room: Tap the people icon (or similar) to access the Waiting Room, where connected devices will appear.  
 
 
 
 2. On Your Device (e.g., Chromebook, Laptop, Tablet): 
 
 
 Download and Launch: Download and launch the appropriate Promethean Screen Share app or extension (e.g., Chrome extension, myPromethean mobile app).  
 
 
 
 Enter Details: Enter the Panel ID from the ActivPanel and your name.  
 
 
 
 Enter Waiting Room: Click or tap "Enter Waiting Room".  
 
 
 
 Select Content: Choose which window, tab, or entire screen to share. You may also choose to share audio.  
 
 
 
 Share: Click or tap "Share".  
 
 
 
 3. Back on the ActivPanel: 
 
 
 Waiting Room: The teacher will see your device's name in the Waiting Room.  
 
 
 
 Select and Share: The teacher can tap your device's name to share your screen.  
 
 
 
 Multiple Screens: The teacher can share up to four screens simultaneously.  
 
 
 
 4. To Stop Sharing: 
 
 
 On Your Device: You can choose "Stop Sharing Screen". 
 
 
 On the ActivPanel: The teacher can return to the Waiting Room and click the "X" next to your name to end the sharing.
