How to cleanup MacStorage

How to clean out  MAC storage 
 
 Open Finder:  Click on the Finder icon in the Dock.  
 Go to Folder:  In the Finder menu bar, click "Go" and then select "Go to Folder...".  
 Type the Path:  In the text box, type "~/Library/Caches" and press the "Go" button.  
 Navigate to Caches:  You'll now be in the "Caches" folder within your user's Library.  
 Select and Delete:  Choose the specific cache files or folders you want to delete, and then drag them to the Trash bin.  
 Empty Trash: Right-click on the Trash icon in the Dock and select "Empty Trash" to permanently remove the files.
