# How to cleanup MacStorage

**How to clean out MAC storage**

- **Open Finder:** Click on the Finder icon in the Dock.
- **Go to Folder:** In the Finder menu bar, click "Go" and then select "Go to Folder...".
- **Type the Path:** In the text box, type "~/Library/Caches" and press the "Go" button.
- **Navigate to Caches:** You'll now be in the "Caches" folder within your user's Library.
- **Select and Delete:** Choose the specific cache files or folders you want to delete, and then drag them to the Trash bin.
- Empty Trash: Right-click on the Trash icon in the Dock and select "Empty Trash" to permanently remove the files.
